Our Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce is Made with one of the hottest peppers out with a Scoville Heat Unit (SHU) rating of 2,200,000 making it one of the hottest peppers in the world. We then added the Caribbean Organic Culantro herb, Ajicito peppers, Cubanelle peppers, Distilled Vinegar, Distilled Filtered Water, Cayenne Peppers, and a special Handcrafted seasoned hot pepper mixture that includes the Reaper Pepper plant.
