Complete with a taffeta lining, inner stretch cuffs and handwarmer pockets. Insulated - 3M Thinsulate featherless fill continuously radiates warmth to as low as 14F/-10C, even in wet conditions. Waterproof - FlexVent laminate with WxTech DWR protection and excellent 20,000mm water pressure rating. Breathable - high 20,000mvt rating avoids layer wetout during physical exertion
